Pinnawala elephant orphanage ticket fee and Zoo have different entrance ticket fees for local, SAARC county, and Non-SARC countries. You can do elephant milk feeding (on availability), food feeding, and elephant bathing event at the elephant orphanage. You can check the 2019 ticket price here
If someone married a Sri Lankan citizen they can show their marriage certificate and he or she is able to get a local ticket price.
Pinnawala elephant orphanage has special discount ticket prices for travelers from SAARC country. To get that special discount price you have to show your passport to the ticket counter. They accept photos or copies of passports or you can show your national id card of your country.
