Cancelation Policy

Please contact us for a cancelation. we will refund the money as follows

• If you cancel 48 hours before the vehicle hire starting date: We refund100% of your payment or advance payment.
• If you cancel within 48 hours from the vehicle hire starting date: the 50 USD advance payment is non-refundable and the balance will refund

FAQs

• What happens if you face an accident while travelling? After reporting the insurance, if the vehicle is suitable for the Journey will continue the tour with the same vehicle, if necessary the vehicle will replace with another same rage of the vehicle as soon as possible
• What happens if the driver is sick? If the driver is not feeling well and is not fit to drive, we will arrange another driver for you.
• What happens if the air conditioner is not working? We provide air-conditioned vehicles. If it is not working while travelling, the driver will repair it as soon as possible. if it takes time to repair, we will arrange another vehicle for you.
• Does the driver smoke while driving? Most of our drivers are non-smoking. but if they are, still not allowed to smoke inside the vehicle.
• Can the driver drink alcohol? it's not allowed to drive while drunk according to the rules of the Sri Lankan government and our company.
